I had the same problem with one of my sets. I emailed them a couple of times with no success. I ended up phoning them direct the person I talked to took my address etc and told me they would be on their way.

Awesome idea ... I guess I was assuming you could not use FPCs and still have the product value count towards a WUS offer ?

Question: Do you need to wait till after the order is sub totalled, and the PCO promo line shows up on the cash register screen, before presenting / processing the FPCs, or can they just be given to the cashier as those items are entered, in order to get the promo PCO pts ? thanks.

They dont start processing the coupons till after the subtotal because they are considered cash there. I always give my coupons at the very end

I always give the coupons with the product. The order does not matter.

In my situations I like to make sure I reach the subtotal before I give the coupons. I usually tell the cashier that I am trying to do an offer an The are patient with me So for that reason I give them at the end. Also the cashier know how to enter a FPC so you get it for free

Exactly ! Sometimes i have to grab a 1.00 item or something because something was on sale that i wasnt anticipating was going to be or other situations. Always best to wait to make sure you reach that subtotal first before taxes.

thanks everyone for the responses re best practices for combining a 'WUS x $ with FPCs'
Sounds like at SDM its all good, and the promo pts will be earned.
Speaking of which, I see this morning, there's a 20,000pts WUS $60' coming in 2 days. Anyone else seeing this ?

1/3 discount on anything in the store is pretty hard to beat, especially if you can us a few product specific digital offers,
and maybe those Pepsi promo FPCs we've been discussing here.

I used some coupons this past week with the 20,000 pets with $60 purchase. It worked, but with glitches. I had a young, know it all cashier who insisted I had to have my offer clicked onMy app or it wouldn't work (I still say that clicking the offer just puts it on my shopping list). She then processed my order, charged me tax on my fpc's, and did not understand the word AND on the Pepsi and lays coupon. I didn't notice right away, so I had to go back. She then processed a refund, --I lost 1185 points and handed me cash back. She didn't put the chip as a sale again because she said she already had the coupon! I gave up, went home, sent a request in to pcpoints. They agreed there was a problem, but instead of refunding the points, they removed the points. Another request (sounding much more frustrated), and I finally got all my points back. I still paid the tax on my fpc's.

Does anyone know where you find the Simply Tostitos or Doritos? I haven't had any luck in finding them.
