    Tonight will be BBQ steak, mushrooms, ceasar salad, cauliflower with cheese sauce and homemade bread. Pie and ice cream for dessert.

    Scored some Ribeyes at co-op yesterday, at a decent price. Note, I haven't had one since 1982, lol!
    Made a rub for them, husband bbqed them just right. And oh my, was it ever wonderful! Served with roasted potatoes and onions, italian seasonings.

    Son was over, and odd as it seems he is not a steak fan. However, won him over with this, and he took one home to have tomorrow.

    Last night Step Mom made Burgers, Potato Salad, Coleslaw and Cucumber Salad. For dessert I found a Cheesecake sampler which had 4 different kinds of cheesecake in it with 3 slices of each kind.

    ..have a cauliflower that needs to be used so going to make Cauliflower, Potato & Cheddar Soup, recipe from Dairy Goodness that I've made several times before. Its a good recipe! and there's also leftover BBQ chicken
