Something borrowed by Emily Griffin. Bought 3 of her books at a garage sale for .50 cents each! Never heard about them, but the lady said they were good!

The Odyssey
Homer
(not the Honda)
The poem mainly focuses on the Greek hero Odysseus (known as Ulysses in Roman myths), king of Ithaca, and his journey home after the fall of Troy. It takes Odysseus ten years to reach Ithaca after the ten-year Trojan War.[3] In his absence, it is assumed Odysseus has died, and his wife Penelope and son Telemachus must deal with a group of unruly suitors, the Mnesteres (Greek: Μνηστῆρες) or Proci, who compete for Penelope's hand in marriage.

Just listened to Alan Cummings "Not my Fathers Son". It was really good. I am on an audiobook kick while on vacation. Now onto "into the wild".

Going through the Whole30 Cookbook because I just wanted to know what that program is (an elimination diet for 30 days) and to look for other ways to make dishes.
Am almost done reading The Economists' Diet because the authors were formerly overweight and decided to apply economic principles to their weight loss efforts. Gail Vaz Oxlade would agree with them about humans' tendency to spend for things now and not plan ahead for future costs/savings.
Leafed through the My Lisbon cookbook by Nuno Mendes. Part of my "reading on Portugal" given that Lisbon hosted this year's Eurovision song contest in May. Copied a roast chicken dish for that one day I will have all ingredients to give the recipe a try.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

You were never really here - Jonathan Ames
A very quick, fast paced read - ended a bit incomplete in my opinion, but then it was made into a movie
Then she was gone - Lisa Jewell
Quite an enjoyable read.
