Editing to add: It looks like different types of air miles mastercards have different rules. Your best bet is to sign into the air miles website and see what it says. Mine says $20 at 3 participants, but I think people with World Elite have a different limit.

Looks like this is nation wide as it has the drop down box for provinces. So I can easily do Shell, Global Pet Foods and Rexall.
