It is nothing like Corned Beef.. I have at least 10 x Corned Beef in my pantry right now.. I fry onion, cut the corned beef into chunks and then make gravy.. this is yummy on boiled potatoes.. Corned beef is also great with pasta and tomato soup.. yummy.. It's also good cold with potato salad.. Corned beef ash is great too

I remember having fried spam and eggs as a kid.. We also had it cold with potato salad and jelled beets ..

There was, maybe still is, one called Klik.. I remember it being good .. it was dinner on Sunday with potato salad, tinned peas & carrots and jellied beets..

Maybe I'll be brave and try a can. It's also on sale this week at Sobeys @ 4/$5.00. If you factor in this weekend's bonus of "earn 25 Air Miles when you redeem 95", it works out to just under $1.00 a can.

My husband buys Holiday a dozen at a time, he eats a whole can with bread.

I only like it sliced thinly in a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and mayo.
