There's a return to Standard Time in many parts of Canada on November 3. How many gadgets and clocks do you have to spend time with to reset their time?

I'm expecting many deals on energy saving lights, alarms and batteries to conclude by November 4. Actually, I may need to see if there is an odd sized battery in need of replacing. We have so many AAs around the livingroom (remotes and AAAs for DVD player) but one or two Cs and 9V are still in use, just not stocked with a backup for the latter two.

Another shop for my family friend planned for next Saturday (Nov.10) (one of our big shops before she goes to visit her family in Peru). We have gotten her stockpile room started, and my goodness, it is beautiful (My first true work on a stockpile room, my parents aren't into couponing at the level our family friend is yet). I will make sure to get pictures to show everyone here, but she has at least a year to two years of health and beauty, along with plenty of paper products and cleaners. Some food also rounds off the stockpile (but her family goes through all the food pretty fast)

Ciel, no change of clocks here! Love it this way.

Wondering if any of you can help. I need to buy a blood pressure monitor.

There are a zillion out there. Hypertension Canada has a recommended list out.
I only need a basic one, upper arm not wrist, no Bluetooth, etc. It's not price that matters, but functionality and accuracy.
Thinking of Omron or Bios brands, maybe.

Let me know if you can advise. Thanks.

Dry night last night for trick or treaters. I had 67 plus 5 (My DS and his friends that were in and out of the house)
I decided to take a vacation day yesterday and drove to casino to get the free Dutch oven offer. I ate lunch for free, got $20 in drinks for kids for free and made just over $400!! Decided to go to Food Basics. Spent $7 and change on almond milk, grapes and wraps. Then hit RCSS where I hit meat deal!!! Chicken wings for .99 lb and boneless skinless chicken thighs for $1.98 lb. I spent $42 on 8 x family tray of wings and 2x family tray of thighs. I cooked one tray of the wings when I got home so they are in the fridge for DS. The rest I bagged and labeled for the freezer. We are stocked up good on meat!!

What else is new it’s raining here. It always rains here and I either get lots of sleep or not enough sleep. Today I didn’t get enough sleep I went to sleep at 1am and woke myself up flopping like a Pancake to yelling and cursing at whatever it was in my dream. I have very vivid dreams and I already know that plus I known to talk in my sleep. Rain/depression makes me sleep but I have anxiety so that makes me want to get up and do things. I want to look at my PC optimum app to see what offers there are since I didn’t save any because I didn’t want any.

I have to make a choice today but I also have to get in touch with somebody to make this choice or decision.

My mom made me get a huge 1.4kg pumpkin pie. I detest pumpkin pie, I wanted pecan pie but my mom kept saying it was too expensive. This huge pumpkin pie was 2$ at superstore. I am going to give it to a neighbor I think I have left over whipping cream to go on top.

My mom bought yogurt yesterday but she is allergic to it l. I thought to myself wow someone brave enough to try dairy is brave enough to deal with the discomfort of it. She is allergic, I am allergic I got it from her gee thanks really appreciate it.

I found this on the Canada post website “CUPW is also conducting strikes on Vancouver Island, in the Ottawa area, and Quebec: Campbell River, Courtenay, Nanaimo, and Port Alberni, in B.C.; Ottawa and Arnprior-Renfrew in Ontario; Sorel, St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Vaudreuil-Dorion, and Sainte-Thérèse-de-Blainville in Quebec. Meanwhile, strikes have ended in Prince Edward Island and in Saint-Jérôme and Joliette, Quebec”

Wow- November 1st! So much to do! Hope to get rolling and have a productive night tonight.

The kitchen is clean and I emptied the dishwasher before we headed out the door this morning. There is a load of laundry in the dryer that needs to be put away. Will put another load on tonight and follow thru. Bed sheets I think if I plan to wash as soon as I walk in the door.
I paid off my new King mattress yesterday. Feels good! Love my new bed.(it was 0% for 3 months so figured may as well wait till it had to be paid) Think I will clean my room tonight. Move a large shelf down to the dining room and post the stuff on it for sale and get stuff rolling out the door.
The dog needs to be groomed. She is getting very shaggy lol Will call to book an appointment next week.
Off to check out my PC point offers!

My PC point offers stink this week. I redeemed $180 in PC pts in October. Wow! I did stock us up on great meat deals and other stuff and the freezer shows it. My pc balance is sitting at $482 right now.

I went to RCSS on my lunch break. I do want ground beef (to make taco meat, pasta sauce, chilli and a few lasagnas) But will wait a bit for clearance deal since it is on sale and sometimes they mark down after sale because they have too much. I did find 0 sugar rye bread for 50 cents a loaf so grabbed 2 for the freezer. Perfect for toast with eggs Can't make it for that price really.

I stopped at Sportchek too and see a cozy pair of Columbia fleece pants I may want to own. On sale for under $30 so will think about it. Trying not to spend money right now on unnecessary items.

nat -I use a Omron upper arm blood pressure monitor I have had it 4 years now model #BP710CAN and it works great I am thinking the price was 70 something at shoppers but I used my points to get it free 4 years ago
mind you the doctor wanted my blood pressure on Monday when I got my flu shot I think it was 138 over 90 which is not bad for mind you I am on 2 heart pills (bad family history too dad had a stroke ,mom 2 heart attacks )
