Borscht! Never had for breakfast before, but sure would do it again!

For breakfast I had leftovers of this meal that was my lunch yesterday ...and there is still lots left...ha ha


Stir fry with drops of sesame oil in wok, added 3/4 cup slivers of water chestnuts, 1.5 cups spiraled zucchini, 2 handfuls of bagged coleslaw veg, 2 handfuls of fresh bean sprouts, and 2 cups chopped baby bok ckoy.
Had that with pressure cooked steak with mushrooms and onions.

I take full advantage of my husband being home on weekends, to have a cooked breakfast. He made me eggs over easy each on a bun half, with a slice of ham.

Thought I'd start threads for the other meals!

I'm not a huge breakfast fan, but know I have to eat something!

This morning was leftovers from supper - two thin slices of roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy.

Yes, odd... but at least it's food, stops my tummy from growling and my body from getting that icky feeling when I have just coffee alone.

I know a lot of people say, one should breakfast like a king, but who has the time?
