It seems rather strange that the FPC would be issued for something unless it's stocked in every store, at least temporarily. I can see how this might happen at No Frills since they're franchised, but that doesn't apply to RCSS. So, the best guesses would seem to be either that it was out of stock, or someone at corporate messed up.

Fwiw, the max. value of $6.35 also seems a bit curious.

Well I found the spot in RCSS there are 'supposed' to be but the shelf was bare. Checked 2 stores. Posted price was $6.25 so at least a portion of the taxes would have to be paid. Doesn't help that the coupons expire Dec. 31 - not a lot of time to redeem.

Found both green (Sensitive) and blue (Refresh) at Milton RCSS. Best part they were 4+2 packs and offered 1,500 BOP, which covered the tax. Wanted the Refresh, but purchased the Sensitive. Reg $5.98
Stock remaining 2 green 4 blue. Hopefully the RCSS in each of your areas restock soon, maybe before Christmas, but that might be cutting it close.
