I'm asking because I'm allergic to eggs. I can't eat eggs because I get hives, I can eat normal bread/bagels but I guess some have more egg than others..because if I eat them on a daily basis I get hives. (it's hard having an egg allergy when you love eggs =(
I know "Stonemill" makes vegan bread/bagels..I purchase the bread when it's on sale but the bagels are not available in discounted grocery stores, they run for $6 for 5 bagels that's a lot.
Does anyone know where I can purchase breads/fresh buns etc (any bakeries?) or stores that make/sell egg free products? Should I check out health food stores..do they sell bread products?
(I live in Hamilton ON)-TY Does anyone else have egg allergies? This thread is currently associated with: GuessLast edited by JDI007; Sat, Dec 8th, 2018 at 07:58 PM.

Another thought would be to purchase a bread maker. Many loaves are made without eggs. I think I only have 2 recipes that call for eggs. I haven't tried making bagel dough in it however.
