Send them an email explaining that you are not receiving the messages. I had the same problem and they were able to fix it for me.

Message from DMR....To update your email preferences, please log into your Disney Movie Rewards account and click on My DMR then My Account. Now select Edit under "Your Profile." On the screen that comes up, scroll to the bottom of the page and click/unclick the box located next to "Yes, please send me occasional information, updates and offers from Disney Movie Rewards" and then click "Update My Account."

I had my alert message enabled but I had never gone into the profile before. I said yes to occasional info.... So I hope that solves it.
