    Local flyer for Fortinos: buy 2 Family Size Cereals from Kelloggs ($4.99), get a free 4L milk bag, and find boxes with a $5 "gas" card savings. That means 9.98-$5-cost of milk (about $4), and you get 2 boxes of cereal.
