    Great shop! Do you have 2 different PC Mastercards? I have one MC and 2 Optimum cards but paid with the PC Mastercard twice. I don't think I'll get 5,000 points twice.

    @maple7 Thank you for posting the Classico deal, I also had the personal offer and used it today with my WUS offer. Great deal on pasta sauce.

    Yes, two different credit card accounts, my experience is that you receive one offer per mastercard account. Husband got his card first, I have a supplementary card on his account (only counts as one 5000 offer). Then I signed up when the summer promo was on so have my own card, it was too good to say no.

    If you end up getting 5000 twice, please post. My experience with all the pcfinancial promos in the fall was that you only get it once per MC account.

    Since it is a credit card promo, I'm sure you need to charge $50 on the credit card. I would guess that is after tax, example you could likely pay $48+tax=$50+ and earn the promo, however I've never taken the risk and tried it (over a couple of dollars I prefer not to gamble and always buy $50+ plus tax.)

    From my experience as of Saturday, stacking a personal offer and a threshold offer is still ok. The milk coupon seems to have gone awry this week, that seems to be the only reported exception.

    so far it seems like only milk (or other when you spend offers) are messing things up.

    I didn’t get it on Saturday But make sure when I got home to call to get it because I had a double milk offer. The rep I talked to was trying to tell me I was only qualify for 1 Offer but after talking to the supervisor I got both you should put in an inquiry

    Bought $39 worth of milk - got 11115 pts (so only 20x the points once... which I'm not totally surprised. Still have 1- 20x on milk on my account)
    $20 pepsi beverages - 6000 pts
    knorr side kicks - 800
    and a few other things. Subtotal was $70 - base pts 1050
    BUT, I only got 8858 in store bonus pts, which is only 19 times bonus on $31 - so that means I didn't get 20x instore bonus pts on my milk. Going to put in an inquiry about that. It's gonna suck if I stop getting bonus pts on milk. That's my biggest points earner by far. Will definitely have to change my strategy if that changes.
    Ok, so my latest milk discovery
    Went on the weekend, 20x the points.
    This time I bought $18+ worth of milk and 2X$1.99 International Delight creamer (which, oddly enough, I always get 20x the points on as well).
    I got 563 points for my milk offer (which is essentially points on one of my creamers)
    base points 1725
    20x the points 32213 (should have been 32775, 562 short.... hmmmm)

    Totally bizarre!

    Even if I only get 20x the points on milk and it no longer stacks with the 20x the base, like I suspect, it's still worth it to me to get my milk at Shoppers (especially if I can get my Sr Dad along on Thursdays), but I wish I/they could figure out their system!

    One note about fine print:
    The milk offer says in the fine print: Can’t be used with any other points, promotions or offers.

    The other personal offers like butter and pasta don't say that (although the BOGO offer today does as well).

    EDIT: Put in a claim for 4567 points missing from my milk offer, and got them right away. Much better than the 11000+ pts that I'm missing from the week before, which I emailed twice about and never got

    I keep getting duplicate offers - spend $40 get 20x and spend $40 and get 10,000 pts for the same day. About every third transaction I get shorted points at Shoppers and the points get added quickly when I do an inquiry.....strange.

And I'm like... NOOO, I did not. My other half lost the card we have (I keep the fob to use) back on March 8th so I immediately went to my account and changed the lost card over to "collect only". I'm really thorough about these kinds of things so I double and triple checked that the card had been deactivated for redeeming. I even checked back several times since it was lost and was satisfied that it was secure, wherever it was.

    I called customer service and explained it all to them so they are doing an investigation and will let me know by email what they figure out. I specifically asked the customer service person if they had an activity record of me deactivating the lost card and she said that she couldn't say at this time. The redemption happened at 3:03 AM at a store that closes at 3:00 AM. So, whoever did it was pretty devious going in at the last minute in the middle of the night.

    Ultimately I can absorb the loss if necessary and try to carry on with what is still my favourite points program but I was thinking what if it had happened to somebody who really scrimps and saves all year and uses the points at Christmas time to get their kids presents. These thieves truly have no conscience.

    Has anyone else had points fraudulently redeemed from their accounts using a deactivated lost card?

    A little update. I got my points reinstated.

    They said...

    ========

    "It appears that your account was accessed by someone other than yourself. The activity in your account suggests that the unauthorized user/s already had your username and password through a third-party web-source and used these to redeem points. As such, we urge you to change the passwords on both PC Optimum and this email account.

    As the unauthorized user/s may still have access to your PC Optimum devices, we have deactivated them. Please be advised that your account has been frozen for security purposes.

    We kindly suggest that you pick up a new PC Optimum card and/or key fob at your local Loblaw or Shoppers Drugmart store and add this to your account once your passwords have been changed."

    ========

    ^^^ I can't really make sense out of their explanation given the circumstances of my lost card and the way the points were redeemed, but whatever. I changed my passwords and got the new card and fob and added them to my account. After a bit of back and forth my points were reinstated so I'm happy.
