    ..made cabbage roll hash yesterday and it was good..but, I usually use tomato soup but didn't have any so used tomato sauce and it was a little on the bitter side (not sweet) lots leftover so I'm going to reinvent it with bacon and cheese

    My plan for tonight was Marinated Veggies with Chicken over Rice since we did not have that the other night as planned but work seems to be getting in the way. So I am just going to eat up some leftover Chicken Chunks and have those with a Salad.

    Went to Costco to grab a few things and the boneless skinless chicken thighs were $4.00 per pack. Grabbed the cheapest pack. Will be able to have some slow cooker meals during the hot summer when we don't want to cook. And cook some sliced up to go on top of lettuce salads and cold pasta salads or even with potato salad.

    Finally going to try Marinated Veggies with Chicken Chunks over Rice. Hoping the marinate does not set off my side but I am hopeful it won't.

    I am finding right now by dinner time I am exhausted and since Mom needed something to take for dinner tonight I made this already so I just need to re heat for dinner tonight.
