This is not a Brag but just to let members know that at RCSS there are signs every where that the Spent $25.00 on Health and beauty get 7500 points is a miss print it’s only Friday and Saturday.

If anyone got to Loblaws or Zhers for there $1.99 deal on Dove please let us know if it’s also a 2 day event

Superstore has Heinz pasta and beans on sale for $1.00 this week with a bonus of 500 PC points each. I got 5 tins of each for $10 and got 5000 points back!!

Interesting thing, though, I used PC Express and when I went online to put my order in, both items showed $1.28 each. I called the Express desk and the clerk told me to put a note to the shopper about the correct prices and I did that and everything went beautifully.

    Happy bargain shopping all!

I just headed to my Zehrs and picked up a bunch of Dove for my friend and her family.... Does not seem to be a two day, flyer is correct, this deal runs to the 5th...

    Dove Hair Care (14): $69.86 - SALE($28.00 OFF) - $14.00(Member Price) = $31.48 - $21.00(14 @ $1.50 Coupon) = $10.48/14
    Dove Mens Body Wash (2): $11.58 - SALE($5.60 OFF) - $2.00(Member Price) = $4.50/2

Total was $14.98 in store, Redeemed 10,000Pts AND will earn back 6,000Pts (Dove offer), AND my friend paid me $10.00 for the 14 Hair products... Now tomorrow I must raid RCSS for their Crest with the two day HABA offer!

Walmart has the Heinz beans on sale for 87 cents this week so by price-matching at RCSS, after points, they work out to 37 cents per can. I bought the Heinz Chili Style Pinto and Red Kidney Beans.

RCSS has a Friday and Saturday in-store offer of 15,000 points for every $50 spent on home, toys, electronics, patio, BBQ or lawn and garden. If you work it right, that's a 30% return.

I also had digital/personal offer for 1,000 for every $5 spent on bedding/bath and another offer for 1,000 for every $5 spent on toys. If you work it right, that's a 20% return.

I knew I could combine the in-store, along with my digital offers, so I had fun shopping in the bedding department and the toy department this afternoon. I planned my shop, spent just over $200 (before tax) and got 100,000 ($100 value) points back! A nice 50% savings!

    I LOVE PC Optimum!

Great shop & you're correct about the price of paper products(cringe). Hard when you need tp though a necessity unless one is a 0 waste kind of person!

lean ground beef club pack, $26 and change
new price sticker $11 and change
    50% off pink sticker price ~ $5.50

flyer advertised buy 2 Villagio hot dog buns or burger buns, get 1800 Optimum points ($1.80)
    2 x $3 packs of buns=$6
    50% off pink sticker price = $3.00
earned $1.80 in points, so $0.60 per pack (better than the dollar store)

PC organic cremini mushrooms, reg. $4.99 (?), sale $2.99, reduced price $1.79, 50% off pink sticker price $0.90

The ground beef is cooked, strained with hot water (now extra lean), and split in packages ready for freezing
The mushrooms will be sliced, sauteed and frozen

After using existing points, OOP was around $3 and change.
Not bad for all that 'extra lean' ground beef, buns and organic mushrooms

Three transactions, Two at Superstore, One at No Frills, and practically nothing paid...

    No Frills:
    Kind Bars Singles (6): $6.00(SALE) = $6.78 - $6.00(6 @ $1) + 1,200Pts = -$0.42/6

    RCSS #1:
    Heinz Canned Pasta (4): $4.00 - PM(WM; $0.52 OFF) + 2,000Pts(500Pts/1 In-store) = $1.48/4
    McCain Superfries (1): $3.68 - PM(NF; $1.68 OFF) - $1.00 Coupon + $1.00 CO51 = $0.00
    Laughing Cow Light (2): $7.56 - PM(NF; $3.56 OFF) - $2.00(2 @ $1 coupon) + $2.00 CO51 = $0.00
    Crest/Oral B (24): $24.00(SALE) = $27.12 - $24.00(12 @ $2 WUB2) = $3.12/24
    Colgate Total Toothpaste (4): $9.92 - PM(Fortinos; $5.96 OFF) = $4.47 - $4.00(4 @ $1) + 600Pts = =$0.13/4

Redeemed 10,000Pts, and earned back a total of 10,100Pts (600Pts Colgate, 2000Pts Heinz, 7500Pts HABA Two Day), and paid a whopping total of $0.07

    RCSS #2:
    Frenchs Ketchup (1L): $2.98 - PM(GT; $0.99 OFF) = $1.99
    Chef Boyardee (4): $5.12 - PM(Metro; $1.16 OFF) - $2.00(4 @ $0.50 SIF) = $1.96/4
    Tropicana Tropics (4): $15.92 - PM(FC; $9.92 OFF) - $2.00(4 @ $0.50 SIF) = $4.00/4
    McCain Superfries (1): $3.68 - PM(NF; $1.68 OFF) - $1.00 Coupon - $1.00 CO51 = $0.00
    Laughing Cow Light (2): $7.56 - PM(NF; $3.56 OFF) - $2.00(2 @ $1 Coupon) + $2.00 CO51 + 800Pts = -$0.80/4

    Redeemed 10,000Pts, and paid $0.95 in-store...

    Shoppers today:

    4 x Tena $14.95 (regular $24.95 which is insane)
    4 x $2 off coupons
2000 points for every $10 spent
    Total $51.96
Without coupons and without being a Smart Canuck it would have been $99.96

    12,000 personal offer points
    885 regular points
    16,815 for spending over $50
5,000 points to come for paying with PC Mastercard

    Total 34,700 points

Deducting all the points my true cost was $17.26
