Sorry , i’m not sure about that. Personally, i bought 6 packs in 2 transactions . I made 2 submissions with 1 email address on the same day and got 2 confirmations . Literally, they do ask you how many packages are you claiming on that particular receipt. But personally I still prefer to submit them separately, just on the safe side.

No @Lavender Lady my sister made that mistake and was only awarded 1 gift card as per terms and conditions. You have to do them 3 per receipt hope this helps

I did email them at that address. I had issued when I applied for my self when the sent out email gift cards that was not working and the suppor is very helpful hope it’s the same for these gift cards because my DH is 5 cards

A very dumb question - i just got my 2 metro gc and tried to check the balance , but it kept saying an error occurs or invalid number!😓😥🥵 so i wonder do i just enter enter the set of number before upc or do i have to enter the upc number as well ?... in fact , i tried both ... still not able to get the balance ! Would appreciate any help ! TIA!
