    Hi all. Have people resolved the 0 balance issue with Maple Leaf? Do you think it is safest to get a physical or an e-card? Thanks!

    @wendymac I don’t think you have a choice . The ones I bought from Freshco are emailed gift cards and the ones from RCSS is physical cards that came today with $0 balance

    Yesterday I was asked to send a photo of the back of the card. Today I received my word that my card was activated and available for immediate use. However, I checked the balance of it and it is still $0. They seem to be really struggling with this promotion.

    I was also ask to send a phot yesterday but did not hear back any thing . Just hoping that the can get this fix quickly. I think it’s the company that handling this promo is struggling because the were mistake from the start

    @MrsMer I got my reply and my DH 5 gift cards are now activated.

    My sister got hers and the are all $0. balance what a mess is this promo. Hope you get your working soon
