Very productive few hours. Laundry on the go. Kitchen spotless. DS cleaned his room. Vacuumed the hardwood floors too! 5 bags/boxes of clothing put in my car for drop off to Salvation army tomorrow. Went to SDM. Just got milk at 20% off. No frozen food items screamed deal to me. Then got croissants and Turkey breast for DS. I offered to get pizza but he wanted Subway so we compromised on me picking up sandwich stuff. Now he can eat for lunch next few days. He said they were really good so that is the menu the first week back to school we decided . I also picked up 2 more free bottles of Kraft bbq sauce while at RCSS.
Netflix time now but will pause to deal with laundryLast edited by Frugalbigmama; Wed, Jul 31st, 2019 at 09:15 AM.

Good morning all.
Back from my vacation. My trip was not a Frugal one . Had a wonderful time away. Now I need to rest my foot.
Have to do lots of laundry , and clean the house a little. Came home to a very stuffy house. Didn’t like the smell of it since it was locked up for ,ore that 7 days without the AC running.
Will go out later to get some fresh fruits.
I need to get some trading done.
Have a great day all

Beautiful day here today too! And it is finally hump day!
DS and his friend were still sleeping. I have no idea what time they went to bed but they were quiet which was good. I will ask him to empty the dishwasher today before I get home from work. And move the clean laundry upstairs so I can put it away. I put 2 full bins in the foyer on the way upstairs...hopefully he gets the hint
I have the same offer for the Dove products on my 2nd card today. Only diff is I don't have the 2nd offer of 200 pts per $ so would be a diff of $6. I think I am going to buy 14 more Dove for Men 2 in 1 and then the boys are really stocked up. When am I going to have it all line up as well as this with a great coupon too?
Have a great day everyone!

Just checked over my PC pt offers and saved 4 on each card. It was a good reminder that I need to make sure to get $40 in gas today to complete the 4th requirement of getting bonus PC pts for filling up 4 times this month. Hope I can squeeze $40 in gas in...will bring the gas can and put $10 in there for the lawn mower just to be safe

I just popped home quick to make a sandwich to bring back to work for lunch. Apparently the oldest likes the croissants/sandwich meat too. Both boys and DS's friend made sandwiches for lunch (probably breakfast for all of them!)

Sunny and humid day again (glad it's the end of July, somewhat and that the mulberries are still on the trees). Dropped my RFID card case onto the vinyl floor (about the sixth drop in recent weeks) and the clasp is no longer attached to one side. I do not wish to buy yet a third case (this one is from this year) so I plan to MacGyver a strap or Velcro closure solution to keep my cards inside for now.
Entered two contests for cellphones-I can think of two people in my social circle who might like phones too. Never know!
Since there's an ESC Coffee store in my town, I will visit it to get an entry in for their gift card draw unless that is restricted to customers who make purchases.
Had two small laundry loads washed and hung onto the lines. Still finding small ants on the clotheslines when I'm wiping them down-it is too hot for them to walk in the grass? Noticed the four nearby trees had dropped some dead or decaying branches so I had to collect and bag them. Took a look at Mom's veggies and harvested two cucumbers and three cherry tomatoes. Now my abandoned garden half has tall weeds needing yanking--I know what I'll be doing this afternoon, once I get another pass at collecting ripe mulberries!
Time to toss out some July coupon expiries. Am expecting to find the Walmart and Staples school flyers in today's community paper bundle or I'll be back online tomorrow reviewing them once again.
Found one container today-my refunds/deposit tally will be under $10 for the first time in 2019 unless I find 20 containers later in the day. To be continued...
Feeling tired of ice cream! Who else feels the same?2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

I’m really pissed off that specialist I am going to see
sent me a PDF document I filled it out and sent it back. now they want a hard copy of it filled out and taken tomorrow when the appointment is. Only problem is that the only place I know who has a printer at this point is my building. I have a meeting with my manager maybe I can bring it up then. But this really pisses me off because the PDF wouldn’t open on anything I have like my phone or tablet to enter information into and the computer I used whipped the last page of the document. So what do they hope they will accomplish by asking for hard copy? When couldn’t they have bloody well sent it by mail to me to begin with. Like I asked them too. I already hate receptionist and I haven’t even met them in person. I already hate that I have to leave my house at 6am for Burnaby hospital to see this neurologist.
So yesterday I went to dollar tree and picked up goodies. I actually only went to pick up parchment because that is what I was out of.
Ugh that’s what I feel like. I am really stressed out someone I know wants me to tell someone else that I lied to clear there name. Honestly I didn’t lie I told the truth as how I saw it and heard it from them. They pretend they are always better then someone else. But they like audiences and have known to call me names in front of other people so I am sick and tired of there games and lies they pretend to others along the way. I don’t want to be like them so I blocked their MAC address on the internet and denied them access on FB land. I wish karma would come and get them to be honest.
I wrote a new poem. And spoke to Lauren my MH case manager over the phone about all the stress I’m going through. I like her prospectives on things. Even if the first meeting was very triggering.

Yesterday afternoon, I picked up too many screws off the bridge (saw shiny metal bits on one lane and decided to put my shopping bag to use). Today on my walk home, I came across the drill point screw package on the other side of the bridge. Would love to know which fool dropped that metal on a busy road and who might have tire issues as a result.
I have posted three Bentley Leathers contests in the Contest subforum (saw the info in the Back to School flyer). Each contest has different entrant requirements-one for parents of minors (RESP money), another for post-secondary students and a third for high schoolers.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

Dinner was chicken, green beans and rice. Leftovers in fridge for those working.
Laundry on the go. Cleaned the top shelf in kitchen cupboard and tossed crap plastic containers. Found a brand new box of dishes in basement (forgot my sister gave to me) washing them up and putting in cupboard. Broght a garbage bag to basement and have been tossing stuff each time i go to switch laundry.
