Very good day today so far. I had my intake assessment at Canadian mental health association and my aunt went with me. She then took me for lunch and then bought me groceries and some new clothes. I got size 40 jeans and when I got home I realized they were too loose. So I’ll return them tomorrow and exchange for size 38.. makes me feel so good because a year ago my pants were size 50. I’m very grateful for everything my aunt does for me. Hope everyone is having a good day today.
