SDM - bought 5 packages of Cracker Barrel cheese slices “old
cheddar” a couple of days expired reg. $6.49 with $5 off stickers.
Husband going hunting so a couple of packs in with his groceries and making broccoli soup today so will use most of it up.
I also had $1.00 coupons off Cracker Barrel cheese but left them in my purse. But happy with this deal anyway.Last edited by dagney; Wed, Oct 2nd, 2019 at 10:27 AM.

At superstore in Ajax they had Tramezzini white crustless bread on clearance for $0.08/pack. It expires today but I got a few for the freezer since one of my kids makes me cut the crusts off her sandwiches so it seems like a perfect item to have! There are still more on the rack if anyone is close to Ajax.

At RCSS:
24 x Yop Protein @ $1.00 each - 24 x $1.00 coupon (tear-pad) = just paid the tax of $3.12
The coupon zone board had a lot of new coupons which led to my next deal below.

Zehrs has an offer of 6,000 points for every $12.00 spent on Iogo yogurt
I had a digital offer of 600 points for every $3.00 spent on Iogo yogurt
And I found a lovely new tear-pad coupon at RCSS today (perfect timing!) for "buy one pack of 12 x 95g Iogo Fruit on the Bottom yogurt and get a 500g tub of Iogo Fruit on the Bottom yogurt FREE"
5 x 12 x 95g packs of Iogo @ $4.49 = $22.45
5 x 500g tubs of Iogo @ $2.99 each = $14.95
for a total of $22.45 + $14.95 = $37.40
earned 18,000 in-store points (3 x 6,000) = $18.00 value
earned 7,200 digital points = $7.20 value
used 5 coupons @ $2.99 each = $14.95
for a total of $18.00 + $7.20 + $14.95 = $40.15
. . . can you see where this is going? . . .
$37.40 (cost) - $40.15 (points and coupons value) = - $2.75
All that yogurt and I actually earned back $2.75 more than I spent!
Between last week's FREE Astro Kefir and this week's better than FREE Iogo Fruit on the Bottom, we're topped up on yogurt for the next month!Last edited by lotsasavings; Thu, Oct 3rd, 2019 at 10:14 PM.

Wow @lotsasavings , you are amazing with these deals you manage!
I managed a pretty decent one myself at my RCSS this morning after work...
Teddy Grams/Mini Oreos (14): $34.72 - BLOWOUT($20.86) - $3.50(7 @ $0.50 WUB2 SIF) + 2,800Pts(400Pts/$2 Personal Offer) = $7.56/14 OR $0.54 EACH!
Cost in store was $10.47 (Bought 2 bags), and used $10 in points, so paid only $0.47 in store!
For all the St.Kitts Couponers, this will be on blowout until roughly next week... So stock up if you need them!

A whole beef tenderloin for $8.88 a pound at Loblaws, with $10 off because there's a promo for first-time PC Express users wus $50. I paid $6+ in cash, redeemed 40k and got back over 11k from my fresh beef offer.

At a grocery store I shop at there’s a worker I often chat with. The other day he told me the store was giving him a special promotion on salmon steaks. He decided to only take 2 out of the 3 packages they prepared for him and offered the 3rd one to me. I started to refuse since I still had salmon steak and filet in the freezer, but I was all in when I saw the special price - $8.80 kg/$3.99 lb

@Silk , sorry, not quite sure I understand.
Was the store offering one employee a special on fish?
Was this employee offering one customer a special on this fish?
ThanksLast edited by Shwa Girl; Sat, Oct 5th, 2019 at 07:29 PM.

@Shwa Girl, as I understand it, it was a special just for this worker. I believe he works on contract for the store so doesn't get all the same benefits as the regular employees. My guess is the manager of the fish department decided to just do something nice for him. The worker is a super nice person and goes above and beyond his job description.
I happened to be passing by the fish section when he was checking out his packages of fish and decided to just take 2 so he offered me the 3rd package he was not going to take. I had been chatting with him earlier when I first arrived at the store. Oh, and I gave him a coupon once so maybe that was a factor, though i don't think so. I think I just happened to be a in the right place at the right time, plus being a regular customer and our history of conversationsLast edited by Silk; Sat, Oct 5th, 2019 at 08:13 PM.
