No Frills is my go to, FreshCo second, and SDM has dropped down to a distant 3rd, as their *deals* are few and far between.

This NF flyer is pretty boring, considering it's Thanksgiving week!!
Salmon is a good price at $8.97/lb , but i'm suspicious of the quality at NF, rather wait for a similar price and get it at Metro or Loblaws.

I was also sorely disappointed with the 10lb bag of beets from 2 weeks ago -- they were really tasteless. At least this year i had lots left to turn into pickled beets, previous years they were so good i ate them all straight away. haha.

For me, more gravy for donations (0.67-.50 in point, and Barilla pasta.
Grapes at $0.99 are gret, will likely have to PM to WM, as the cheap ones on sale in the fall/winter are usually icky lol.
