Those Barilla boxes are 454g so 1lb size. I only like them if they have a particular pasta shape not found in the 900g bags produced by other varieties. Harder to find 99cent 900g pasta deals-they tend to be $1.25 or $1.50 now.

I still manage to find the 900g for the $0.99 mark. Just recently (last week?) I got 900g Italpasta from Metro for $0.88, and Sobeys (until tomorrow) has Lancia on for $0.99 (That Walmart also carries, so a PM could be done). But the $0.87/$0.88/$0.99 Barilla with the $0.75 coupon is such a better deal and I love it when those coupons are out (I must have used into the hundreds of those coupons since we have had them, a ton last year and a ton this year as well)

ALSO! Plan on trying to get that Ground Pork deal over at RCSS with a PM (assuming my friend's store has generic, which sometimes they do)...

Lean Ground Pork: $12.82($5.78/lb) - PM($9.03 OFF) + Pts(??? - Hopefully we get the offer = 2,600Pts) = $1.19 OR $0.54/lb... To think it would go negative if I HAD THAT STAFF CARD!!!

Ack, you're right! I knew I was missing something. I'll wait for the 2lb bags to go on sale...I still have a ton of other pasta to eat through before I need more.

But...I'm out of pasta sauce and I just noticed the Catelli Galden Select for $0.87...now, this I may PM a few bottles at RCSS.
