If anyone is needing a deal on Christmas decorations (helping someone decorate or dire need to replace some ornaments), here are the stores offering sales on decorations:
Rona -50 % off selected Christmas decorations
Lowes -50% off Christmas decorations and 25% off natural Christmas trees.
Hudson Bay (Dec. 14 one day sale) has 60% off** in-store (some exclusions) while supplies last.

Goal is to pull everything out on Wednesday night and sort and wrap. Then I have the weekend to grab the few things needed which isn't much.
If I feel I want more for the kids I am just giving them each a cheque since they are both at the stage where they are buying their own fun things and saving money. I'm not going to stress about it at all.

Pulled out the Rubbermaid bins last night and wrapped mostly everything. I do need to find or grab name tags but all the gifts are sorted so will be easy to tag.
Now I know what I need to get (simple stuff. A GC for Gram. Bottle of wine for DS's GF (will wrap the wine with DOVE bodywash/shampoo/cond/puff and fuzzy socks)
I can breathe easy now knowing I won't be running around this weekend like a crazy person.

Done! All purchased, all wrapped, all baked, all decorated! Even cooked the turkey last week and froze it in a big pan completely covered with broth. My friend who teaches cooking does it all the time so hopefully it will be okay...just wanted to make the day easier as I have to do the whole meal myself. Squash done and frozen and gravy made and frozen. Now just cleaning, and last minute fresh groceries, and last minute flower purchasing and arranging! And give the puppy(now 10 months old and 85 lbs and growing) a good brushing and a good beard washing!
