Mom said she wants Chicken in Mushroom Soup over Rice so that is what we will have, quick simple and comforting.

Later this evening I'll be tackling cabbage rolls, yup, the real things! I had scored a huge green cabbage well over a week or more ago for just .97 . Kept meaning to pick up a bag of basmati rice as we were all out of rice, so today I remembered!
These should be extra large rolls judging by the size of the cabbage. Fun, fun, fun!

I LOVE homemade cabbage rolls! Anyway, because i was extremely lazy last night we decided to order pizza all dressed.
And tonight for supper: Daughter's mother-in-law gave her a large chaudron of homemade Creme de Potage. Daughter told me to take a drive to her house and she would leave me a few containers of the Creme de Potage and i did just that. She put the bag on the side of her front door (they were at work). So thats what i had for supper tonight.

T-Bone steaks slow cooked in the oven in a cast iron dutch oven, with few sliced spuds, carrots, onions and mushrooms tossed in at the end, Boiled beets.
( btw, Metro has the T-bone steaks on sale again!! )

Do not really feel like cooking tonight although I made Dessert - Croissant Breakfast Bake (personally I find it too rich for Breakfast for we eat it like a Bread Pudding for Dessert)
Choice of whatever is in the fridge, options are:
Beef Stew - although I slacked off and did not make Homemade Buns to go with it
Turkey & Sweet Potato Chilli with Cornbread2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Mom has her Mayo and Parm Chicken, I am not a fan too much Mayo for me, so she made a Pesto Chicken Breasts. With this we both had Garlic Noodles and Leftover Garlic Parm Roasted Butternut Squash (I am loving this Squash, I could seriously just snack on it)
