    At first it said "No longer available". But I copied the link and opened it in another browser (Firefox) and I was able to fill in the short survey and order the samples. YMMV

    @sesterce I tried it in both Firefox and Chrome and got the same " no longer available " message.

    Three times I tried it on each browser and in FF I would get this message for a split second, then it would switch to not available.
    I sneakily screen grabbed the image as it was there for that split second....lol!

    I have no idea if one is coming for me or not??

    That was the final page that came up after I clicked on the preferences and filled in the name and addy lines.
    I have not received any confirmation email from them since this afternoon so???
