An A+ just means they respond to complaints not that they are a good company.
I have dealt with the BBB at an old workplace when someone sai that we had done work for them when we were not even open that day and the guy had no receipt (said he paid cash) and we would have nowhere to get material for the job on that day.
They told us to send him a goodwill gesture and they would remove it but we refused as we had never been there
