Some have complained that some stores distribute with grocery pick up only, with a minimum order. This is a free offer.
Some have picked up at Costco. Call to check availability. No membership required to use go to the pharmacy.

Thxn for post. People are free to go from store to store. So these will be gone quickly. LOAD up.
(on what you need - don't hoard and resell etc. etc.)

I popped into my Food Basics yesterday. They have no pharmacy but were handing the kits out. My only complaint is they gave me a French instruction sheet. Does anyone on this forum have the English instruction sheet they can scan and email to me? If so, please pm.

Managed to snag one from SDM. Stores want no part of this headache. They get them and dump them 2 -3 boxes at a time. LOL
Available one day, 24hrs later poof.
