    Morbius

My hubby and I did not like it at all. Cheesy, cliché and predictable. 3/10

oh no!!! I was really hoping Jared Leto would be amazing in this! It was on my must see list to go to a theatre to watch, but I will just wait now till it's free somewhere on TV .

The Lost City starring Sandra Bullock 8.5/10. I would give it a 9/10 if the romance between Sandra's character and Channing's character was more believable; they were more like best friends than love interest.

My hubby and I both enjoyed it. I didn't think I would like it much but it surprised me. The movie could be a remake of Romancing the Stone.

The Bad Guys 8/10. Followed the graphic novel series. A good combination of plot & music!

There have been 2 recently at the theater for us. Top Gun: Maverick and Jurassic World Dominion. Tbh, I only went to these 2 flicks because DS and DH were keen on them. Not really my cuppa, but surprisingly BOTH of them were quite good!

Now at home we've watched so many more because of the free ones that come through our cable themes, the odd rented Bell On Demand ones for $5.99, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. Clearly too many choices.

Just yesterday afternoon i watched a captivating one called Spiderhead. ( Starring Chris Hemsworth, so THAT was the captivating part....lol. )
I really want to see the new Elvis one but not because Tom Hanks is playing Colonel Parker, it's because Austin Butler plays Elvis!
A way back in 2017 I was obsessed with a series called The Shannara Chronicles, in which he was the lead......he was great then and from all the hubbub over the Elvis flick he is great again!

Why did I bother?!! I rented Everywhere, Everything All At Once from my On Demand thingy. It looked " intriguing " to me, and who can resist Jamie Lee Curtis in that weirdo hairdo and role? I dozed off mid movie, but did not rewind, just watched the rest. meh? Now I cannot be bothered to see what I missed in the middle. Lesson learned.

DH and I watched an entertaining flick ( from 2011! ) called The Guard. We both get such a kick out of Brendan Gleeson and the Irish accents in this were quite challenging to decipher! ( thank goodness the Gaelic parts provided subtitles below ). Silly movie really, but the cast is what made it great.
