@savabuck RCSS also does not have a coupon board and the coupons are put through out the store and sometimes not next to the product I found mine in the cereal isle. I know from my SIL that the Fortinos that she shopped at did not have the coupon

Got some o.k. PC Optimum offers, so did an early morning shop:

IGA QC again a note for the disclaimer;Since the coupon 2$ off expiring at the end of the month is 1 per custumer..I did 8 transactions..and I did not cleared the shelve...they was plenty left when I leaved as that note said:
