I have such a hard time finding a foundation/powder combination that Ilike, that matches my skin and that lasts, and I am very pleased with this product, so I thought I would review it for all of you.
From the Maybelline Website, here is description:
Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Make Up
Revolutionary whipped formula provides an air-soft, perfect matte finish coverage, with a weightless feel.
- Color pigments offer superior coverage
- Blends effortlessly for a soft, natural-looking, even-toned result
- Now in 16 shades
- Easy to apply
- No need for powder - it is a powder/foundation all in one
- Excellent coverage, I have even found that I am using less concealer because I like the coverage
- Feels light and not cakey
- Lasts longer than any other foundation/powder combinations I have tried.
- Cost is $14.99 at Shoppers, but I did get it on sale for $8.99. I am going to watch for a sale and stock up. However, it is important to note that you do not need powder and you may use less concealer too, so in the end even the $14.99 price point could save you money.
- Maybelline has changed the way they do their colors and now use a number system. So you can choose between LIGHT 0 or LIGHT 1 or MEDIUM 0, etc. I have a link to their website below. The big thing is, just because LIGHT 1 does not work does not mean you go to LIGHT 2. You may need MEDIUM 1. I found it very confusing and ended up with the back of my hand full of foundation from testing them. I think I tested about 7 before I found the right color, and that was with help from the Cosmetics Assistant. So here is your big tip - sample, test, and try before you buy!!

I really want to try the new one in the pump bottle. I think this kind of packaging is better, more hygienic and easier to use cause you don't waste as much.
