I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has tried eggshell membrane with or without tumeric for arthritis pain. A few ladies at my gym have said they had good results from using this. I have just started looking into it and found this small randomized study:

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2711914/

I'm having a lot of trouble with arthritis in my hands making things like picking up tins, push-ups and bench pressing weights painful.

In the past I tried glucosamine chondroitin but that created gastric issues

If you have any other suggestions please feel free to post them!

    Thanks in advance!

I do a lot of push-ups, everyday. I caused some pain in my bi-/tri-ceps. A sport doc suggested that I modify my push-ups from my elbows at against the side of my body to them perpendicular to my shoulders. I no longer have that pain.

Have you ever tried using push-up bars?

I have considered them, because they allow me to curl my wrists around the bar. I also do knuckle push-ups, so the same positioin without the bar.

I use dumbbells that do about the same thing as push up bars. Knuckle push ups work for a while but it doesn't take long for my hands to hurt too much to continue.

You can also consider an Ab Wheel. Caution, it's an absolute killer!

I recommend a tablespoon of Certo each day which you can take it straight or with something.
    For whatever reason it helps!
