Let me remind you Romeo, last year you had a GM that said "what is the point of us trying to just get 8th place and in the playoffs?" What happened is LA Kings, were 8th place and won the cup!! As long as the Leaf management has that mentallity, they will be hard pressed making the playoffs, EASY division or not!!! So the only way you make the cup is getting in the playoffs! Right now, after 16 games lest anyone think that Habs or the Leafs are a lock for the playoffs!
Romeo, you have had almost 9 years to dream of the playoffs and now you are already signed up for a parade???

You had no problem supporting that GM last year!! The Leafs had all of last year to fire Burke and even before the lockout in September, they could have done it, instead, they showed why the organization is a joke, and fired him just before the regular season started in Jan.
Why not say the strong run is on tap for the Habs??
Since the last lockout in 2004, the last time a Leaf team made the playoffs, the Leafs have had many periods each season where they have had a major run, and still fell short of the goal of making the playoffs! Look at last season, where they went on a run in March into April, even a 7-3 start to last season with a 5-0 start, and they still fell short again. In the same time period, 2004 to last year, The Habs have made 7 playoff runs, including losing twice in the conference finals!! I will take the Habs tradition of at least getting in the playoffs, as opposed to a team that gives it their best and still fails miserably!!! Hold your tap, and hold your parade and hold your HOPE, because that is all the Leafs will ever give you, your children and your grandchildren!!
HOPE Then Failure!!!
This is why Toronto, which claims to be the Centre of the Hockey world, is the biggest joke in the NHL!! HOPE!

Haven't said anything derogatory to ROMEO at all and if anyone feels I did, then I apologize! Just laying down the framework against the Leafs! Love to see ROMEO attack the Habs! Will you tell him to be nice if he attacks the Habs??? Probably not, but I want him to lay the same framework against the Habs!! This is what make the HABS and Leafs rivalry the best in hockey! Is the chatter!!
