I had the same problem and sent the following email to Fan support, today and this past Monday.
Hi Fan Support
The Fan Exam was not made available today, Wed., June 15, 2016. The reply I get is the following:
“Sorry, there is nothing new available right now. Please check back later”
Please rectify.
I had the same issue on Mon., June 13, 2016.
The second screen shot shows the time I entered my codes and it doesn’t show either:
- “FAN EXAM – Successful” or,
- “FAN EXAM – Wrong Answer”
All these FAN EXAM answers are in a database, just ask your Database Administrator to run a query against the table that contains this time stamped data and he can validate that no one was able to get points for the Fan Exam starting early morning and all day today, Wed., June 15, 2016. Similarly have them run the same query on Mon., June 13, 2016 and you will see the same result. There is a problem.
Also, today when I enter the bonus codes, the outlined box to navigate to, is now appearing. Thanks !!!!
