    Toss 2 tomatoes diced with 1 chopped garlic clove, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoons olive oil, some torn basil and salt. Serve on toasted Italian buns, top with tomato mix and drizzle with olive oil.

    Wow thats close to my dog !!!!! With the exception of the bread I use tiny 5-6 inch whole wheat pita bread.... Plus my homemade bruchestta is much more chunkie and colorful. add some mozz cheese and you got it!!!

    I have a pic but its on the other computer....the one I'm not allowed to touch.....
