Hi everyone. Just discharged from hospital. Try 2 make story short.
Admitted late Sun. afternoon; in excruciating pain & throwing up blood from internal bleeding.
Since surgery, can't lift anything heavy, so asked friend 2 help put up xmas tree; very heavy with 1200 lights.
Said he'd come Sat, so cleared my w/end (including 2 xmas parties) & rearranged furniture 2 make room. He didn't come.
By Sun afternoon, tried 2 do it myself & something inside tore. Within an hr, had 2 call 911. Dr. said it was a good thing, or I might have bled 2 death. Anyhow, home & ok, just a little sore.

I'll live. No special friend who means that much.
My son & next door neighbour surprised me.
Came home & the tree was up & all the boxes of decorations were brought up so I could work on them a little @ a time.

There are no ties.

The system puts up the first one that comes in. Could be a difference of 1 second, could be a difference of 59 seconds. That is an intangible for the system, the tangible is the system knowing who did post first. The one that is first listed is clearly the winner.

That is like saying that every 100M relay is a tie or the majority of the field of a Nascar race is a tie becuase there is less than a minute between the first and last of these races as well.

We should say no ties, just a very close second.

I'll TRY to be good. Just so frustrating having 2 rely on others, esp when u live alone.
