These are sad days...very sad days. I have come out of my mourning period after that Packers loss last week. Even had to change my avatar.

Well, thank goodness its Friday, must be time for Friday cocktails.

They had less business than the Steelers being in the playoffs. They had the easiest schedule of any team in the NFL They played only two teams that were actually in the playoffs and lost to a team that wasn't. They fluked last year's Superbowl and didn't have a prayer of seeing the Superbowl this year. I just wish the Steelers weren't so nice and had some killer instnct when they have a team dead in their sites.

The Steelers didn't deserve it. They played like a bunch of 6th graders. Highschool kids have more heart than the Steelers did last year. I've always said the Steelers don't have the killer instinct since Jack Lambert has retired. Besides with all these cissy rules they have, especially the ones that are subjective to what the referee feels he saw, it's more like puffball. Imagine that you can't make a hard, clean tackle on a player, who's just caught the ball and is standing there anticipating what to do next, because you'll be penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct because he is unable to protect himself.
