Casey's does it
East Side Mario's only gives you some kind of messy dessert.
If you are signed up for the Boston Pizza list they give you a coupon to print for pasta or dessert

yes Denny's B1G1 - good for a big breakie! I think free desserts at Milestone's and Earl's, free entree at Old Spaghetti factory (but not all locations).
I got emails for a free burger from Red Robin, $5 off Red Lobster, and B1G1 from Dairy Queen but you have to sign up for their newsletters in advance - start now for next year

Sign up for the Birthday Club at the Raceway Slots and Casino (now called the Entertainment Center or something like that) in Ottawa and you get a free buffet birthday dinner when 6 or more people attend. Good food!

why not just sign up for the trial offer for entertainment book and print of B1G1 coupons for restaurants in your area? just use a ghost email address so you don't get spammed....
