In honour of Easter I thought I'd do a review on Cadbury Creme Eggs *mmmm* LOL

Kids and adults everywhere love them ... I can personally devour one in a sitting, and I've seen my husband eat one in two bites (he swears it was more, but all I was thinking was "I think he needs to stick to eating the bite sized ones cuz he's gonna choke!!!!"

170 Calories per egg, 25g of sugar and 6g of fat. Made in the shape of an egg on the outside with a creamy white and yellow fondant in the middle

    Pros:

*Tastes so good you can't stop eating LOL
    *The yummy centre
    *Kids LOVE LOVE LOVE them
*Usually available in most stores near easter time!
*Cheapest at Walmart at .88 a piece (not including 3 packs )
*I think the new 'release the goo' commercials are hilarious!!!

    Cons:

*Can be super expensive to buy if you're buying a lot (a 3 pack at canadian tire is $2.89 - that's expensive to me LOL) OR $1.39 (a piece!!) at SDM!!!!
*Usually hard to find when easter isn't around the corner
*SUPER addicting - I want one right now

So no matter how you eat them, 2 bites, 3 bites or scoop the creme out of the middle, they're delicious

Are there people who eat half and save the rest for later? Heehee. I could probably eat a few, but would feel afterwards that it was not a great idea.

When it comes to Easter candy, I like Easter Creme Eggs but I have to say that my favourite, hands down, is Cadbury Mini Eggs. Rather like a Smartie except egg shaped and a bit bigger, LOTS more chocolate, and the chocolate is just a far higher quality than the run of the mill stuff.

We use those to hide in bigger plastic eggs for our little guy to find. Last year he was two and didn't really get why we were showing him these eggs but he understood well enough when he got one open!

Ooh, they were at Bulk Barn? I was there yesterday but not looking for them, will have to check that out, thanks!

(I will have to hide them on all of us somehow too, as all three of us LOVE chocolate)

Different varieties, like what? I've seen 'pop rock' ones, tried them and wasn't impressed. The dark chocolate ones are good, I'm a big fan of dark chocolate. Mmmmmm!

Hmmm, now that I think about it, in the past I've bought some little peanut butter filled eggs at Bulk Barn - OMG they're good.

Mini Easter Creme Eggs - seems to me I've seen them too...actually yes, in previous years I've seen those packaged with Caramilk eggs.
