It does indeed snow in April after being like summer the day before :bawling:
Your kid's are never old enough to empty their pockets before throwing their clothes in the dirty laundry!! UGHHHH to chapstiick in the dryer
how stupid i was when i was younger
telling anyone who would listen my work issues
as if they cared......
or asking for advice and THEIR opinions
i now learn to be discreet
and fend for myself
in a cautionary manner
nobody tells me anything.
With advanced age comes the inability to appreciate the white stuff. ENOUGH!!!! +16 this morning -2 and snow now :(
Don't let other people (i.e. mother-in-laws) tell you how to raise your children. They are not there 24/7. Follow your heart and you will raise great kids!
Today I learned that sometimes it is best to be blunt with people who get too personal with their questions. I quietly explained to a neighbour that there are questions about my health that are very personal & I won't respond.
p.s. to GeorginaK - You are on the right track with your children. Values, compassion, good habits all begin at home & when you have a home life filled with love, your kids will be very decent adults before you know it.
You can clean the bathroom all you want and then your company never uses it!
that .... the last time i saw my sisters were during the holidays
haven't seen them since the start of the new year, oh well
Today I learned that other people have the same kind of family dynamic as so many of us.
I've felt let down many times over the years by my family, so I had to adjust my expectations. Things are better now. They're not ideal, but they are OK.
Hang in there dear people.
That using my rescue inhaler up to 12 puffs a day is not overdosing. Whew. Thanks to my pharmacist! :)
Soooo...would 14 be okay?
Contrary to what I believed, there isn't always a piece of Kraft Dinner stuck to the box
that i see my colleagues more than i see my family
and some of them are kind to me
there are never enough hours in the day to complete what needs to get done (actually, I've know this forever, but wanted to express it anyway)
When you unlock a cell phone ( a phone that contains a sim card) it's unlocked forever. I always believed if you switch cell phone carriers you need to pay to have it unlocked every time. You don't! Yay! The only requirement is you buy a sim card from the provider, activate it so it works with the phone. :)
