    CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS EVERYONE!!! After much complaining to HBC rewards staff, I finally got 5000pts added to my account, even though the link we used STILL says we are to get 10000pts for signup. SO needless to say, I am still calling & emailing to try to get the other 5000! They tried to tell me it's only 5000 for newsletter signup!
