Honestly, do whatever you want, we didn't like the salesman coming to our door....our kids are under 3 and already have 5 figure accounts, so I think we're on the right track

Are there any shakers coupons out there?v
Hello! Haven't posted anything for awhile, so thought I'd drop in to say "hi" and hope all is well with everyone. I've fallen right off the coupon wagon lately, and (gasp!) couldn't even tell you when I used a coupon last.
Minouche, I am so sorry for your loss! Thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.
Goddess- I was just thinking of you the other day. My step sister called the other day and said my niece who you helped out is walking.Thank you again for that generous gift
That's wonderful news, MommyMelanie! Thanks so much for the update.
Just came across this screaming deal - skiing at Mt. Norquay for $2 March 8 and April 12! http://banffnorquay.com/2012/03/toonie-thursday-3/
Today's Groupon is an annual family pass to Shaker's for $99 here is the link (not a referral)

Canadian Tire has Ziploc bags on sale for $1!! Does anyone have any coupons they want to trade for? Looking for Palmolive as well if you have it. Sales ends on Thursday.
Need advice + maybe a good deal:
COP has Extremely Early bird season passes (2012/13) on sale now. Family is $799; youth is: $249

I thought this was a good deal! We are learning skiing for the first time, so I was wondering if I should get the cross country pass vs the alpine pass. Any ideas! We have ZERO skiing background :)
I get alpine passes for the kids every year. They're teenagers, so it's easy now - I just drop them off at the hill. Keeps 'em out of the malls! ;)
So, is this a good price ($249 for kids??) or does it go cheaper??
That's the bottom! I think you also get the rest of the season for free if you buy now.
That being said, I'd take the kids out for a couple of lessons to see if they actually like it before investing in a season's pass! If they like it, it's a wonderful (if pricey) family activity.
If you're looking to go to the home and garden show this weekend they're givng away 50 pairs of tickets for FREE
