Michaels has kits where you can make a stepping stone. I did them with the kids for my parents for years, and they had quite the collection in their garden!
I also did a plaster handprint that could be hung on the wall - I'm sure Michaels still sells the kits.
Another one that I did for Fathers Day when both the kids were little was make a tshirt. I painted their hands with acrylic paint, then stuck it on the front of a tshirt with their names written underneath in puffy paint. I did the same on the back with their feet. It turned out very well, and DH still has the shirt!

Thank you goddess, the stepping stone might be a good idea for next year when my little one can help, but the T-shirt sounds good.
I will also look into the hand print kit, do you think he is to big for that? My DS is 15months old.

Wednesday night at RCSS I bought two bags of Chips and used the coupon zone free dip, plus a manufacturer's free dip. Cashier only asked how much the dip was, 4.79. So I am thinking mini stacks are still possible. Plus I only used three coupons so no override required.
Looking for deals in every place I go.

Anyone know if the No Frills in town is open? I thought I'd get a flyer but I didn't and the website doesn't have Calgary listed....

I was reading in the SDM section that some downtown SDM locations (in GTA, Ottawa, etc) start their 20x events on Fridays...any idea if any Calgary locations do this?
Apparently you can overlap two promotions this way (for example, this week you could get the $10 Tim's card + 20x the points). That would be a sweet deal!

Kim so sorry to hear about your purse!! That really sucks! It's so easy to get busy with kids/shopping etc that we are distracted from our belongings in our buggy and they become easy prey. When I don't have my little guy with me I have started putting my purse up top and strap it in like I would a kid lol. At least this way if someone tries to grab it they are stopped quick when it can't go any farther lol. It's sad that some people have become so greedy and self-centered that they think stealing from others is ok.
If anyone has the No Frills flyer... are there any really good deals this week? I never got one in my paper .
