It is April 1st and I still haven't received the cashback promised from January 2009.
I worked very hard to help this site because I loved this site very much.
Please send the cashback promised.

There are many details unfortunately.
But the long and short of it is I submitted a cashback request in January 2009 and I still haven't received it yet. It is April first.
I also pm'd my address to you a few weeks ago.
I am awaiting the payment.

There isnt that many ''details'' and posts are all in expired for anyone to view, I asked Boo to deal with your situation a while ago I assumed thats what was happening.

The bottom line is it is April 6th, almost April 7th and I still haven't received the cashback promised from January.
Is it being sent or not? Because if it isn't being sent then this site is not living up to its legal obligations that it promises.

Your dealing with the Site owner Boo Radley, not myself since actually you had no actual cashback and its all referrals and due to the circumstances I asked him to take care of the issue.

no offence but why should other SC'ers be subjected to something that clearly should be a "private" conversation...it's like airing dirty laundry, and though I could have chosen not to make a reply to the post, this is actually unfortunate that new SC'ers should be subjected to this in public forum..is that not a prime example of why PM's are an option on here?

As already mentioned, I had a lot of referrals yes because I used to think highly of this site and referred many people, colleagues and friends. I also had contest wins.
Why would I make shopping purchases too when this site won't fulfill its legal promises or treat its members well?
I am very dismayed because I thought so highly of smartcanucks and also thought the site owner was a nice, honest, caring individual.
This site legally promises cashback whether it is achieved through contest wins, referrals or purchases.

Don't feel bad..I'm in the same boat with you..hopefully someone works something out soon..I won't starve or anything if I don't get my cash back LOL...but it's more about principle to me. If you earn cash back from referrals or purchases you shouldn't have to wait this long to get it...

The answer I've gotten is my referrals all stemmed from the same ip address...Bull they all stemmed from the same referral link..sadly, because I never received my cash back I've made very few purchases through SC's & no referrals at all..When I get my cashback I will use the SC's system again because it was fun earning the cash back rewards..currently it's no fun at all..

My situation from this poster is totally different.
My referrals were all legitimate and this is not legally right at all.
This is also making me very upset and angry because I was a long-time poster here and contributed to this site and this is what I get?
Please explain.
And send payment because this is legally consequential.
