I've tried all the brands you have all listed, but my hands down favourite is from Shoppers Drug Mart. It never goes on sale, and is regularly $6.99.
It is the Purple package of Life Brand 3 ply Ultra (not the Blue one). The Blue package is normally $5.99 and it goes on sale once in a while, but I prefer the purple package. Give it a try! You'll be pleasantly surprised (and there is no lint like there is with Royale or Cashmere).

There was one with aloe I really liked that I bought in Canadian Tire once but I couldn't find it after that and now can't remember what brand it was.
I still like Charmin though

I saw the title of this post and my first thought was Charmin. I bought it on sale and fell in love.

I agree with you.
I used no brand at the beginning, not being able to afford brnd names .
After receiving the RT coupon, and seeing them on sale at SDM for $4.99 I starting buying them and tought that this one is the best.
Went to a friend a month ago, and she's using Charmin.I was so excited at how good and soft it is!
Now, rexall is having them on sale for $4.99(evem less than RT at SDM=$5.99).
I bought 4 and plan to go back for another 4 before the sales off.
And everyone in my house loves it too!Get paid with MommyKnowsSurveys

I really like Charmin , I first tried it when my mother in law bought me some as house warming present ; )
But do you like the extra soft or the extra strong? I think I prefer the strong...
I have some Royale right now, for the first time, as we got it during an Airmiles deal. It's pretty good but I find I use more of it than I do with charmin.

I LOVE Charmin, though my family hates it (they say it leaves bits). They prefer Royale (which I, in turn, say leaves bits). I just think Charmin is so delightfully soft. While it usually is more expensive, it is quite reasonable when it goes on sale (I wouldn't buy it - or any other toilet paper - if it wasn't significantly on sale).
I just tried Cottonelle for the first time since it was re-done a few years ago. It's nearly as soft as Charmin, but I didn't find it very strong. So, I don't think i'll bother with Cottonelle again.
I would say Cashmere is on par with Royale.
And I simply can't afford Kleenex.

None compare in quality and price to Life Brand at Shoppers! The rest keep getting worse.
