So since the physio seem not to be working, and I'm still in as much pain as I was a month ago. The physio was suggested that since I'm seeing my doctor tomorrow, to make the pain on my leg and back in sharpie as it happens. So write now I have about six "C"ramps, "P"ain. and "N"umbness on my leg and foot. By the morning I will be covered in Sharpie. This way they can see where the pain is.

hey there-I am unsure exactly what you are explaining but I guess the main thing is that hopefully they find where the pain is and can help you! I really hope they do and you are able to get some relief. Good luck!
Today for me has not been so good-I have been up a little much I think and have been having spasms in my back today and a huge migraine which is no doubt connected to my back muscles but I have good days and bad days and tomorrow it should improve again. Just wanted to complain a bit. lol Ahhh there now I feel better. lol Thanks for listening everyone.

But I heard that Ontario (where you are from right?) is getting a blast of winter which we just got out of and that is probably not good for you huh? I am wondering if we passed the cold and snow over to you all down east? ooops. lol Well I hope that you feel better tomorrow. At least we have this thread that we can keep each other up to date on how we are doing even if it is not good news all the time. How are the birds in your area? The chickadees here are eating sunflower seeds by the....what would I call it...maybe handful? lol It is alot of fun watching them and a couple of times I have been outside and passing near by the bird feeder and one is in there. It is so neat and instantly puts a smile on my face no matter how I am feeling! Maybe you can watch the birds indoors while staying nice and toasty warm!

Dealsniffer have you tired listening to "white" noise ( at a low volume) when you have a migraine? I do this while lying with a ice pack in the dark. It always seems to work, but my migraines are caused unbalanced hormones. I also take painkillers with coke (regular ones) it seems to speed up how fast the help kill the migraine.

Hi Everyone, just checking in to see how you are all feeling today.
Dealsniffer thats so true to watch the birds sure helps. Was thinking about all the bad weather here in Ontario, usually get some bad storms just before the big white Tundra Swans arrive around Lake Erie, in March. So awesome to see them in huge flocks, they stop here for a few days while on their way North, to rest and eat before leaving again.
Yesi, good luck at your appt, tomorrow, keep us updated.
Skippy, hope you will feel a little better soon.
    Take care Everyone!!

    Yesi,
Tundra swans are big white swans birds, bigger than a Canada Goose. The swans migrate from the eastern US on their way to Northern Ontario, landing finally in the Hudson Bay region I think. They stop over to rest & feed for a couple of weeks on and around Lake Erie, lots of corn fields around here. We might have to ask Skippy if that story about the swans is correct. Take Care & Good Luck tomorrow!!
