I tried to upload a picture and keep on getting upload failed. I followed the instructions in the how to upload pictures that is not too large. Why is it not working? Anyone?

I had that happen also and in my case it had to do with the file format of the picture.. I couldn't get .bmp files to upload but .jpg were fine.

it's not under 100k, I thought the program is supposed to correct to that size when it is posted. Am I suppose to change the size first? How do I do that?
