Pharmasave has double coupon days. Never heard of it at the Co-op. They do have some in-store Co-op Marketplace coupons that are only for their stores sometimes.

I have found that Lawson has some different rules than 8th Street.
A few pages back, Lawson apparently no longer accepts coupons on Price Matched items for example.
Stores can have their own policies/limits even though there is an overall chain wide policy.

years ago, one of the the local Co-ops here used to double your coupons, but that was a long time ago and I have not heard of it being done again.

I missed the last brandsaver. Does anybody know what day we can expect to find the brandsaver in the Star Phoenix? I don't get the paper but would like to pick up a few if I can.

It'll be early April, usually the Saturday paper and a few days before someone will post the list of coupons. There's also a sticky thread I think under the coupons tab that says "dates" for inserts.

Here is their response:
Thank you for taking the time to write to us.
Further to your inquiry, because you are receiving an offer on the discounted item already, an additional coupon would not be applicable. However if you have any questions on the coupon that you have at the time of your transaction, you may review this with the Front End Manager that is on duty who will be happy to assist you accordingly.
If I can be of further assistance, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help you.
Sincerely,

I am both surprised and annoyed by this answer. It doesn't make any sense to me that they won't take good coupons for items that they are trying to get rid of!

Hi. I'm from Regina. Thought I would just get my name in here. : ) Got some free Advil Nightime( $4 coupon from Shoppers) and free Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief($3.99 at London Drugs and had two $2off coupons) last week. This week I'm not sure whats coming up. I have a bunch of coupons expiring this month so I should start my plotting of what I should shop for. : )

oops..looking at the coupon closer, yes it is the Q10 one, however the nivea product that I bought resembled the picture and I guess we both missed that little detail cause I bought the nivea express hydration for 0.19 c.
every once in a while, I go into the store and find something on sale that I have a coupon for and haven't read it close enough. Win some lose some, this time I was a winner, (hope you will be too)

Coop does not do double coupon days (I work there). Also, at the Attridge co-op, there are always big discount bins of stuff by the pharmacy. I've been stacking a lot at the 8th st LD and have never had any problems. Faye is the best one. If your coupons are a little over on one stack, and a little under on another, she will let the overage go. So long as the coupons don't start paying the taxes. She never worries about making the coupons work out so you pay $0.01 per item like some of the other cashiers. Last week I went 4 days and got two bottles of baby tylenol PM to WM $4.97 then stacked $2 any printable + $2 white grape printable + $1.50 from magazine or save.ca and came out $0.50 cents ahead on each bottle (but I was also getting other stuff).
