i sent an email off to colgate-palmolive in hopes to get one of those $10 off coupons. i was sent an email reply thanking me for my comments and a cooupon would be sent out shortly. i did seem to take a while -maybe 3 weeks nothing crazy. to my surprise in the mail i was sent a $10 check with an apology saying that they were out of the coupons promised! holy cow and apology!!! then the following week there was the coupon. made me happy :) :)

LOL, I got a $5 check a while back and then a $5 coupon the other day. Was pretty pleased about the check: spent it at Tims :)
