I'm pretty sure it has to be $75 before taxes and after coupons...the cashier had to suspend my bill so I could go pick out more items to get to that amount.
My total bill was $83 including taxes. I just didn't list everything I was kinda rushed...but the other stuff I bought was good deals too, for example:
Saputo Pizza Mozza 300g x2 $2.99 - $1.50
Armstrong Aged Cheddar 240g x2 $2.99
Kraft Single Slices x1 $2.99
Breyer's Ice Cream x2 $3.99
Eggs Large dozen x2 @1.99
Bicks Relish x2 @.99
Kraft BBQ Sauce x2 @.99
Dole Fruit cups x1 @2.49
Bistro Express Rice x2 @2.49 -$2Join Swagbucks: http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/jojoskelowna

I used the $10 coupon found in the booklet instores...it's supposed to be used for the 3 of the full sized regimen but my SDM cashier accepted it even tho I pointed it out, so I guess because they carry the other full sized products they accepted my coupon...I dunno really, pure luck I think, plus this cashier likes me! I do feel a tad guilty tho....cuz I know that's not what the coupon is for.

jojos, so you spent $83 after tax and coupons? Cause the first post says $49ish before coupons. I want to make sure before I go out.

, I did buy alot more items that I didn't list, so yes I did spend $83.xx after tax and after coupons were deducted. The $49ish amount was just on the items I reported in my original post.
If you are trying to figure out if they give you the 15,000 when you spend $75 (before coupons are deducted) then I'm not sure what their policy is on that. i.e. if you spend $76 minus $40 in coupons, do you still get the 15,000? I dunno know, sorry!Join Swagbucks: http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/jojoskelowna
