-they sent 4 US redeemable only FPC, complained that these can only be redeemable in US, thus they are re-sending me FPC that can redeemable in Canada by registered mail...yayyyy. the 4 for US are for me to keep, so will be sending these to my brother & sister-in-law for their November Twins!

I got the crocs I won. I won them may 5 and got them today. sadly they wont fit my little guy but family member is going to have a baby in about a month so will give them to her

Has anyone else noticed that the rewards are way better and cost fewer points (in the rewards catalog) once you LOG OUT of the ETR website?
I emailed Huggies about this once, and they said I was mistakenly on the US website, and the rewards changed when I logged into my Canadian account.
So I carefully bookmarked the CANADIAN site, and still noticed the same thing. More rewards, way nicer ones, and the ones that were available seemed to be worth fewer points than when I was logged in.
I emailed them again. They pretty much said "Well, the items sell out quickly, so in the split second it took you to log in, all those items were gone and the points values changed because we reserve the right to do so at any time, as stated in our terms and conditions." ---A response that makes NO sense, because once I log out again, the rewards revert to being better and cheaper.
Kind of aggravating. I replied to the email to point that out, and they mailed me a coupon for .50 cents off any box of LITTLE SNUGGLERS newborn diapers. My daughter is 19 months old. Thanks a heap, Huggies. LOL
I pointed that out a while back too... I found out that it is the US site we can see by actually comparing the point value/prizes to their site. I can't believe how much better their stuff is then ours... I have been waiting months for something worthwhile to come up. I ordered the sippy cup when it was on thinking it was stainless steal and it was crappy plastic when I got it. I wrote to complain and nothing - they said I should read it more carefully but the pic looked like stainless steal and it didn't say what it was made of:( Not impressed with Huggies!
