You have to have a US address and if you obtain one you sign up on the same sites either huggies or pull ups and just enter a US address instead of a Canadian one. I had both my accounts open using both the huggies and pull up site and it worked. It has worked for others too but not all the time. It must be some kind of glitch.

Since the code ends in PGB, it's usually a mulit-use/shared code. I thought it would work for everyone unless you've entered this code already
